View Garden Centre
Stabilising and improving a live Magento 2 store through development, ecommerce maintenance, stock and pricing automation, SEO, marketing support, and project management.
Overview
View Garden Centre operated a Magento 2 ecommerce website alongside its garden centre. My role covered full-stack development, day-to-day ecommerce maintenance, automation, SEO, social marketing support, and coordination of specialist freelance work.
Problem
The production website was affected by numerous bugs and needed an overhaul. Its features, extensions, custom code, product data, content, interface, structure, stock inputs, and pricing inputs all required active review and maintenance.
