Overview

View Garden Centre operated a Magento 2 ecommerce website alongside its garden centre. My role covered full-stack development, day-to-day ecommerce maintenance, automation, SEO, social marketing support, and coordination of specialist freelance work.

02

Problem

The production website was affected by numerous bugs and needed an overhaul. Its features, extensions, custom code, product data, content, interface, structure, stock inputs, and pricing inputs all required active review and maintenance.

03

Solution

I repaired and refined the Magento 2 store, changed features and extensions where required, maintained the catalogue and customer-facing experience, automated stock and pricing inputs, and supported decisions with competitor and search research.
